Terms & Conditions

Please take a few minutes to read through Amanda Lee Makeup Terms & Conditions of booking. 

It is your responsibility to be informed about your booking.

By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

PRICING: All pricing is subject to change. Things like paid parking, tolls , extra travel kms and per person charge can change. The only time your price wont change is once you have paid a deposit to lock in your quote per person

DEPOSITS: ALL deposits are non refundable and non transferable- either partial or amount in full. 

Balances of mobile bookings MUST be paid in full 24 hours before services. 

INVOICES: Once your deposit is paid, services cannot be reduced from your invoice. You may be able to add on, but you may not reduce the number of people having services. You will still be responsible for the amount you paid your deposit on.

If you wish to add another artist at a later date, their fee will be separate and on top of my number of services.

TRAVEL: Your travel quote may increase if you fail to provide important information such as paid parking at your location, difficult to access accommodation or changed mobile location to a further place. You will be invoiced for this AFTER your wedding.

WAITING TIMES: Should any member of your party not have arrived when it is their time in the chair, you may be charged a waiting fee in 15 minute increments. This also applies to starting late due to bridal party not arriving on at agreed start time. This will be invoiced to you after your wedding. 

CANCELLATION ON OUR END: In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your booking after your deposit is paid, I will do my best to replace myself and provide you with another makeup artist. Rest assured you will not be left hanging on your own.

COVID: As per our normal policy, all deposits paid are non refundable .and non transferable This includes events cancelled due to covid.

We will however roll deposits over to a new date for events affected by mandatory covid lockdowns that prevent makeup services being performed.

Unfortunately client choice cancellations including you getting covid yourself, will not be transferable.

If I am unavailable on your new date, your deposit will stay on file for use in the future or given to you as  gift voucher for you to use or to gift to someone else.

Refunds of deposits will not be given

*  If you have paid in full in advance for your appointment by choice and have to cancel, your full amount is non refundable



Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in you being responsible for the full cost of the appointment.

WEDDING CANCELLATION - In the event that your wedding is cancelled within a 12 week window of your date, payment in full must be paid.

- Moving your wedding date to a date I am unable to accommodate will result in forfeit of your deposit.

All deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable to another date.

-The number of applications cannot be reduced after your deposit is paid. The full invoice total will still be payable. You may invite a replacement in the event that someone cancels.


Due to insurance reasons, children are not permitted to be bought to your appointment.

If your appointment is mobile, another adult must be supervising children in the makeup area. Any damage to the makeup kit must be paid in full by the client.


Please note that we do not supply a lipstick for you to take away with you. We do not sell lipsticks. Feel free to bring along your own lipstick if you have one you will be taking with you for touch ups.


Amanda Lee Makeup may require information about medical conditions, medication or allergies. In no event will Amanda Lee Makeup have any liability for incidental or consequential damages, however characterized, examples eczema, sensitive skin/eyes, allergic reaction.
